Full Excavation Exterior Waterproofing Systems
Exterior waterproofing is the most comprehensive solution available β stopping water before it contacts your foundation wall. We excavate to the footing, apply a rubberized polymer membrane to the exterior foundation face, install dimple-mat drainage board, and backfill with clean crushed stone to redirect surface water away from the structure.
We use SilkOate, UMARK, and other commercial-grade membrane systems β not the paint-on damp-proofing that deteriorates within a few years.

Structural Crack Repair: Injection & Carbon Fiber Stapling
We inject poured-wall cracks using a port-and-backer system: surface ports are installed at 8β12 inch intervals along the crack, the surface is sealed with hydraulic cement, and two-part polyurethane or epoxy is pumped under pressure from the lowest port up β filling the crack through its full depth.
Block wall repointing involves removing deteriorated mortar joints to a minimum depth of 3/4 inch and repacking with waterproof hydraulic mortar.

Full Crawl Space Waterproofing & Drainage Installation
We install a minimum 20-mil reinforced poly vapor barrier over the entire crawl space floor and seal it up the walls to the sill plate β then seal all vents, install a conditioned air supply or dedicated crawl space dehumidifier, and spec a sump system if groundwater is present.
For crawl spaces with active water entry, we install a perimeter drain channel at the footer line, route it to an appropriate discharge point or sump.

The sump pit itself matters as much as the pump. We construct 18-inch diameter pits with a gravel bed at the base for proper water collection, sealed lids to prevent vapor and radon entry, and a discharge line that terminates a minimum of 10 feet from the foundation at a positive-grade daylight point.
